Avila Creative Soccer has 4 Austin-area facilities.
Who we need
Avila Creative Soccer is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our Austin-based team. The ideal candidate should possess great communication skills, excellent organizational skills, highly self-motivated, ability to think outside the box and build strong relationships within the soccer community.
Responsibilities
Prospect and qualify new sales leads
Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects
Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company services and programs
Track and update sales accounts information regularly
Communicate customer and prospect pain points to appropriate departments
Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects
Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers
Regularly meet and/or exceed sales goals and quotas
Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort
Identify, catalogue and coordinate events scheduled by local soccer clubs (eg. tournaments, staff meetings, club parties)
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
2-4 years of sales experience
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Working knowledge of CRM systems
Willingness to train an expansion team (2-7 year goal)
Must have reliable transportation, hold a valid drivers’ license and be able to travel within established geographic areas, as necessary
